We have recently transitioned from Summer into Fall and that means the return of the major shows (as well as the farewell to summer shows). Let’s start off with some recent season finales from our summer shows before we get into shows you should be checking on this fall.

I personally enjoy the entire Power franchise. The characters and the usage of New York City (along with parts of Queens and Brooklyn) make this an authentic telling of NYC life for hustlers and potential moguls. The season finale however left me disappointed. When for the most part figure 80% of what happens in the show is going to happen, you are going to feel the writing is weak. I do feel now that Kanaan will be the main villain in season 4 with Tommy being the anti-hero we will be back to a season 2 flow.

article to see more. I do believe the momentum this show has had (already confirmed for a second season) is phenomenal to the addition of more shows of color on major networks. I believe in Donald Glover’s vision and feel he has a surefire hit on his hand. That boy good.
